Take your Secret Sunrise journey inward with Feel It. Feel It is a curated musical journey that invites and creates the space to just be. Be in movement. Be in stillness. Be in breathe. Be in presence. Be wherever you need to be. Through the beauty of nature, emotive music and your full array of senses, Feel It is an opportunity to experience a deep pause and space to be you, wherever you are right now, and feel whatever you need to feel, in every sense of the physical, mental and emotional body.
Join us for a 4-part series on the 3rd Saturday of January, February, March, and April. Each session will revolve around one of the elements – Earth, Wind, Water, and culminating with Fire. It's a chance to connect with yourself and the world around you, finding solace and inspiration in each themed exploration.
