Join Johannesburg In Your Pocket and MicroAdventure Tours on Saturday, October 22 for a sensational afternoon out that includes some of the city’s finest jacaranda views accompanied by bubbly and a harvest table feast.
This is a tour dedicated to enjoying the most spectacular time of year in Joburg, when thousands of jacaranda trees bloom and create a purple canopy above the streets. It's also an opportunity to visit gorgeous locations stress-free. Just get dropped off, or park in Rosebank and we'll do the rest.
Hosted by the King of Joburg Adventure Kennedy Tembo from MicroAdventure Tours, this fun ride across Joburg with the open-top City Sightseeing red bus starts promptly from Rosebank at 14:00 (arrive for check-in by 13:30). From here we'll head off in search of glorious tree views from the top of the city sightseeing bus, stop at Munro Drive for bubbly, swing by The Playground in Braamfontein for a feast, and return to one of Rosebank's best jacaranda views for a sundowner, Radisson Red Rosebank, by 18:00.
This experience costs R850 and includes bubbly, a cocktail (or non-alcoholic drink) and a sumptuous late lunch (vegetarian meal available on request). Booking is essential.
