Gqeberha are you ready? We're revving the Secret Sunrise engines and excited to get connected with you once again! We cannot wait to start the #SummerofJoy off with a celebration filled boogie!
New to the Secret Sunrise?
It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play !
We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

TIME: 08:00 - 09:00 (arrive by 7:45 to collect headphones)
