Online Meditation Class - Letting go of anger with Gen Kelsang Mila


General Programme:


Sometimes, we feel that things in our life are just going wrong. We encounter difficult situations, we can’t control them, and we feel that the situation itself is the problem. As a result, our state of mind is precarious, always at the mercy of the next thing that happens. How can we change this without just swallowing our feelings of frustration and anger?

Buddha taught practical methods to practice true patience – a way to accept whatever happens, without becoming unhappy and without repressing our feelings. By using these methods we will develop a deep inner peace that cannot be disturbed by changing conditions. We can still fix things that break and work to change the world for the better, but we will be able to do so from a place of peace rather than agitation.
