Meet Stellenbosch is an initiative by Visit Stellenbosch and the Central Events and Conferencing Office (CECO) in collaboration with the Cape Town and Western Cape Convention Bureau (a division of WESGRO) and Stellenbosch Network in order to highlight Stellenbosch as a Business Events Destination. 

Meet Stellenbosch 2024, under the umbrella theme, ‘‘Shaping the Future: Trends and Insights for Tomorrow”, will focus on the exploration of the various factors and forces that are shaping the world of business events in the various domains such as technology and innovation, knowledge economy, regenerative, and more.

The theme suggests that to shape the future effectively, one must stay informed about emerging trends and gain insights into the potential consequences and opportunities they may bring. It encourages proactive thinking and actions to shape a desired future rather than passively accepting what comes.

Parking: Limited unreserved underground paid parking is available at the Neelsie Centre, alternatively off street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis

• You can either print your ticket out and bring the physical ticket to be scanned on arrival or screenshot the ticket/ or show the ticket on your mobile device upon arrival.
• No shows will be charged a fee, please inform the organiser if you are no longer able to attend
