ABOUT

Arno Carstens has been a significant figure in the South African music scene for over two decades, starting as the lead vocalist of The Springbok Nude Girls before embarking on a successful solo career. His discography spans 15 albums, earning him multiple South African Music Awards (SAMAs). Carstens’ last Afrikaans album, 'Die Aandblom 13', was a heartfelt homage to his upbringing, showcasing his ability to weave tales of love, awakening, and change.

The new 5 track EP, ‘Sewe Sakke Hoop’, promises to be a landmark in Carstens' career, offering a fresh perspective and new stories to his ever-growing fan base. It reflects on the global and personal upheavals of our times, emphasising hope and resilience amidst challenges.
