EXCHANGE: THIS IS A FREE EVENT (open to everyone)

Join The Wild Love for a magical herbal experience in Muizenberg.

Learn about the benefits of 3 different plants when used in smoke medicine and then make your own smoke wands (smudge sticks) to take home.

This is going to be a fun, informative and hands-on workshop where you will get to take home the products you make during the course of the day.

We will also do a bit of a clean up on the vlei, to give thanks and respect to the land from which these sacred plants come from.

Bring a biodegradable bin bag or something to throw the rubbish in-this is optional of course :)

Whats included:

*Fresh cut herbs

*Learn the medicinal properties of each plant

*Make your own smoke wands to take home

*Herbal tea/water

What to bring:

Good vibes and a curious mind

A mug or glass for tea/water (keeping it waste free)

Snacks for yourself if you desire

Time: 10:00-13:00

Place: Muizenberg vlei, under the trees (next to the soccer field)

Please book in advance so I know how many people to cater for.
