Southern Africa Embrace Foundation, with its partners is pleased to invite you to join us in Johannesburg, South Africa on Thursday, October 26, 2023 for the fifth edition of the WOMEN LEAD FORUM.

The Women Lead Forum (WLF) call for women and youth to #StepItUp, was launched in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania in March, 2022 . The high level, exclusive, power studded and impactful forums have become highly anticipated continental wide, thus far gathering over two thousand delegates in Ghana, Nigeria and Zimbabwe. Delegates of all genders, from various walks of life and sectors from across Africa and the diaspora have come together to galvanize a strong continental network in support of women to lead, youth empowerment, gender equality and socio-economic empowerment through the Africa Continental Free Trade Area Agreement (AfCFTA).

Furthering the momentum, the upcoming Johannesburg event will be the highlight forum to close off 2023. We look forward to welcoming anyone from across Africa and the diaspora representing gender equality advocates and activists, entrepreneurs, grassroots networks, youth groups, academia, SMMEs, SMEs, NGOS, ICOs, media, entertainment, public and private entities as well as government and intergovernmental stakeholders.

Event Format:

The full day event will feature a high-level opening plenary, fireside chat, panel discussions, speed networking and cocktails hour.
