afrimapr community meetup: An automated data pipeline using R and GitHub Actions

In this month’s meetup, Anne Treasure will be showcasing a data pipeline developed for reading data from a Google Form & Spreadsheet to then visualise via interactive web apps: R Shiny and Kumu. We’ll look at steps for setting up non-interactive authorisations to enable integrating with Google Spreadsheets. The workflow is automated using GitHub Actions.
