What to expect:

Whether you come to ride, stretch, lift, or relax, Tour de force of nature is the place to be. Join in on one of the following fitness activities:

MTB Cycling:

Power up with either a 10km, 30km, or 50km ride out in nature.

Routes:

10km – Suitable for beginner gravel bikers, as well as those who wish to run or walk.

30km – Intermediate ride for gravel bikers, for those who would like to step it up!

50km – An advanced Mountain Bike ride – are you ready for the challenge?

CrossFit

Stretch your performance with a high-intensity CrossFit workout! In partnership with Lombard Tyres, you will see where the rubber meets the road. Get ready for a dusty packed session!

Yoga

Improve your well-being with a guided Yoga session!

Not only do we offer fun fitness activities, but you can also bargain on a once in a lifetime Wellness experience.
