Our Mindful Forest Walk experience is the perfect opportunity to recharge and rejuvenate.



It's more than just a simple walk in the forest. We follow the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, aka Forest Bathing, (no actual bathing required:) 



Your experienced Natural Mindfulness Guide will take you on a journey of discovery in the forest, where you will immerse yourself in the peaceful and rejuvenating surroundings of Nature. Learn mindfulness and intentional techniques to deepen your connection with Nature and unlock its full potential for a healthier mind and body.



Studies have shown that spending time in nature can:

  • improve mood

  • boost your overall well-being


Sessions last around 3hrs. Covering a leisurely 3 km, this journey is designed for guests of all fitness levels.

Along the way, we'll pause for a restorative tea ceremony and a snack bar, giving you time to reflect on the beauty and benefits of the experience.

A beautifully put together session that eases you gently and fully into the forest bathing experience. At first, I was apprehensive about a walk in the forest needing a guide, but this forest bathing session really surprised me. It was so lovely being properly guided on how to use our senses to get back in touch with our natural surroundings. I left the forest feeling calmer and clearer on some aspects I've been having trouble with. I would highly recommend to anyone to join Mike and Jo on a forest bathing session. Mike's soothing voice alone will get you into a meditative state in no time. Go with an open mind and surrender to your surroundings. Highly recommended!
