ABOUT
Welcome to Secret Sunrise Yoga Edition - monthly silent yoga presented by Secret Sunrise Cape Town. An opportunity to connect with your body and self, and have an incredible yoga experience with a Secret Sunrise twist. The Yoga Editions will take place on the last Saturday of every month.
In this session, we will be guiding you through vinyasa yoga flow, breathwork, free movement and meditation. Expect to move, expect to connect with yourself and others, and expect to embrace your body in a Secret Sunrise Yoga experience to music.
The Yoga Edition is for all levels, and we will be guiding you through and supporting each other to this amazing offering. If you are injured then perhaps this session is not for you. Yoga mats are essential and something warm for after the session. Expect to feel challenged and alive after the experience. We look forward to this journey with you.

**We are thrilled to be partnered with The UP (The UPliftment Programme - theup.org.za) this inspired PBO has been sharing joy with youth, children, differently abled and the elderly for 18 years. For the past 4 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
