IPAAS INTEGRATION & AUTOMATION

We are excited to be offering SaaS vendors, ISVs (independent software vendors) and system integrators the opportunity to obtain a Flowgear iPaaS Technical Certification and Flowgear Partnership!


Our Self-paced Technical Certification is an intensive, practical course that will equip you to build integrations internally for your organisation or for your customers.


As you progress through the material, you'll need to build out workflows per the exercises presented in the video content. Once you've completed the exercises, you'll be graded in order receive the certification.


You'll need to achieve at least 80% in order to pass the certification. On receiving a pass, you will be registered as a certified Flowgear implementer and will be issued with a Technical Certification certificate.


Course Format:

  • Self-paced Online Course
  • 3 online sessions to be completed in your own time (~ 3hrs / session)
  • Each session will include a video presentation, interactive exercises and Q&A
  • Following the course, all exercises will be graded by Flowgear’s professional team and each passing attendee will receive a Flowgear certification


Required Technical Skills:

Attendees should have at least the following technical skills:

  • Proficiency on the OS of your choice
  • 1 year experience in any of the following scripting languages (e.g. SQL stored procs, PowerShell, Bash, VBS) or development languages (.NET, PHP, Java, Javascript, Python, Swift, Go, Ruby)
  • Basic grasp of API's and standards (REST, SOAP, OAuth) will be helpful

FAQ

What do I need?
This is a practical course including many exercises where you'll be building out integrations. You will also have access to our professional services team to assist you where necessary. Ensure you have a good internet connection and earphones/mic (preferably web cam too), should you need to interact with us, including screen share.

 
Do I need to do anything in preparation for the course?
Following your registration, we will email you a link to all the course material, videos and exercises.

We strongly recommend that you have at least two screens – that way you’ll be able to keep the video training open on one screen and work on the exercises in the Console on the other screen.

On commencement, we'll give you a training account to work with. Please use this account even if you already have a Flowgear account as our team will have access to it to assist you.

If you are running Windows, you can also pre-install a Flowgear DropPoint - available from https://my.flowgear.net/downloads/DropPointSetup.msi.
Is there a test I need to pass to obtain the certification?
There is no final test, instead there are exercises throughout the course  and your stored Workflows will be graded after you complete the course.
