ABOUT

Entrepreneurs often neglect the legal side of their business and as a result, struggle to grow and scale. In this session, we will unpack corporate governance in a start-up context. It is all about how you make decisions, who can make decisions and how to ensure accountability. Corporate Governance is often associated with large businesses, but it is not confined to it. In fact, the sooner your business looks at its corporate governance structures the better, as small businesses attending to governance from the start have shown significant growth rates compared to competitors that have not.

Join the session with Nicolene Schoeman-Louw an expert attorney and entrepreneur to gain valuable insights into how to implement corporate governance in your small business.

Attendees qualify for R250 off when enrolling for any of our 2022 cohorts. Cohort attendees learn about business holistically (Early Stage and Intermediate Stage Programs) or about the legal aspects affecting their business top to bottom (Legal for Start-Ups or SMEs Programs) and are equipped with all the tools including contract 11 or 14 templates to immediately implement their learnings. The alternative of consulting with an attorney and drafting the necessary contracts could cost tens of thousands of rands.
