The theme for this warm-up edition is "CELEBRATE YOUR LIFE"
Join us in the Frequency of Love as we celebrate life under the stars at the gorgeous Sky Villa Plett on Saturday 5th March, welcoming a new and more embodied way of living and being as we emerge successfully from a challenging time. We are moving towards tender harmony, togetherness and celebration after a period of fragmentation and isolation. The event will include a health talk by Soaring Free Superfoods, a movement class by Inner Space Retreats, an optional wine tasting by Kay & Monty local Vineyards, and a fabulous dinner on the pool deck accompanied by a live music performance. Let the deeply moving music of Ruby Bamboo wash over your soul and soothe you as you enjoy sundowners of your choice with sweeping views over the bay, and a delicious dinner prepared by Sky Villa's 5 Star Head Chef, Hannes. There will also be a few select market street stalls open for night shopping, plus access to the gorgeous new Art Gallery at Sky Villa curated by Michelle Bestbier.

Ruby Bamboo (Lujeanne Howell – vocals, Devin Howell – guitar, flute and piano) have entertained audiences around the world with their dynamic and versatile act for ten years. From the Jazz Clubs in the Middle East to stage productions onboard luxury cruise liners. Ruby Bamboo have played everything from jazz and lounge to rock and musical theatre all the while crafting their own unique, original sound: catchy melodies, infectious grooves and lyrical journeys into heart-space with a sultry edge.
Together, Lujeanne and Devin have released a studio album titled Chase the sun and an E.P. titled Shoot The Breeze.
Peter Daniel is the managing director and co-founder of Soaring Free Superfoods who first introduced superfoods to South Africa in 2006. He is also a raw food chef and health educator who presents food courses, lectures and seminars inspiring people about the healing power of living foods, superfoods and natural nutrition. Together with his wife they are authors of South Africa’s first gourmet raw food recipe book, Rawlicious and their latest book ‘The Magic of Superfoods’ beautifully illustrated, shows just why and how to simply add superfoods to your diet.
