Pat onBrands Dialogues is an initiative born from the culture of storytelling to encourage dialogue between dynamic marketers with a track record and the young professionals who have just started their marketing careers.
Storytelling is one of the oldest and trusted forms of passing on knowledge and information. Since there is a difference in what is learnt at school and actual execution, it means there is a lot of information to be shared.
Pat onBrands Dialogues presents a platform that encouraged the well-seasoned marketers to share their stories and experiences with the younger generation as the audience.
The benefits of these dialogues include passing on wisdom, re-energizing future marketers and also minimizing the generation gap.
