Winter is here and we're introducing an experience just in time for those chilly evenings. Indulge your taste buds and senses in a one of a kind vintage Port & chocolate pairing experience in collaboration with Bon Courage Estate, hosted at the Hippolytas Chocolate tasting studio in Century City, Cape Town:

• An introduction to our brand, chocolate making & couvertures
• A tasting of chocolate & pralines from each of our 5 couvertures.
• An introduction to Port tasting & briefly how it is made.
• A pairing of Cape Vintage Port, Red & White Muscadel together with three of our exclusively created Bon Courage Port truffles.
• A tasting of our 5 mendiant fingers – decadent nut infused confectioneries.
• A chocolate fondue supplied together with dipables (strawberries*, pretzels & marshmallows) to end off your chocolate experience.
