The Four12 Conference in South Africa is an opportunity for all the Four12 partnering churches to gather together in one venue, to proclaim Jesus, to seek His face and to hear from Him. SPECIAL/EXPRESS ACCESS
The disabled, the elderly, pregnant moms, and moms with prams will be able to gain access through the Express Entrance to the right of the Main Conference entrance located in Wynne Road at the back of the Lighthouse Christian Centre. Ushers will be at hand to assist. Note that the parking area infront of this entrance will only be a drop-off zone.
*Please indicate during the registration process if you will need an Special/Express Access Pass.
CHILDCARE
All children and babies must be registered for the conference. Their parents must be attending the Conference in order to attend.
The following facilities are available:
*Pram Parking will only be allowed within the designated areas.
HOSTING & ACCOMMODATION
We encourage you to make your own accommodation arrangements where possible. Limited hosting can be provided by the hosting church, Joshua Generation Church. This is strictly on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability. Once you have booked and paid for your conference ticket, you can apply for hosting when application opens in mid-June 2018.
FAQ
Are their discounts for students/pensioners?
Yes. Pensioner can choose the discounted ticket. Students, please contact the office on [email protected] to arrange a student discount.
How can I pay for the Conference?
Once you have registered you can pay straight away via debit card, credit card or EFT/bank deposit. Just ensure if you pay via EFT/Bank Deposit that you send your proof of payment to the Quicket email address, and use the correct reference provided on your payment email. All payments must be made within 48 hours of registering, or your registration will automatically be cancelled.
Can I pay cash for the Conference?
No. If you do not have access to internet or online banking facilities, please ask a leader of friend to assist you.
Will there be First Aid?
Yes. We will have an onsite nurse available at the conference, and first aid onsite for the children.
Are my seats reserved?
No. Only a small number of seats will be reserved for our ushers, worship teams and key leaders that lead the conference. Once you have entered the venue, you can sit on any unreserved seat.
Are you catering for banting/special diets?
No. All conference catering will be standard in order to keep the costs low. Should you have a specific need, resale and lunch items will be sold in the Chill Zone or you can bring your own snacks along.
Can I purchase DVDs or CDs of the Conference?
No. All resources from the Conference will be made available for digital download/streaming on the Four12 webpage, within a 2 to 8-week period from the Conference.
Are there any outreaches/sightseeing opportunities?
No. This can be arranged privately.
Will there be parking for the physically impaired?
No. There will be a Drop-off Zone in front of the Express Access Entrance. Please ask the ushers to assist you. This can be applied for on registration, please request an Express Access Pass.
