ABOUT

Theory of Change (ToC) is a specific type of methodology for planning, participation, and evaluation that is used in the not-for-profit sector to promote social change. It defines long-term goals and then maps backward to identify necessary preconditions.

In this introductory workshop you will:
  • Learn all of the different components that make up a comprehensive ToC.
  • Workshop the tools necessary to understand and manage your programme better, and build in your M&E component.
  • Practice simple and effective ways to understand your beneficiaries, your programme delivery, and how to measure your programme effects.
