Wild Herbs for Culinary Use
Saturday the 1st of Dec 10am-1pm
WHAT TO EXPECT: Led by forager Roushanna Gray and wild chef Gemma Hancock, come and experience a range of local wild herbs and discover some of their medicinal properties. Learn how to preserve and prepare them, how to incorporate them into your everyday meals, as well as demos and tasters. Participants will each receive a herbal bouquet and prepare a wild flavoured oil and herbal salt to take home.
WHAT IS INCLUDED: Plant notes and recipes. Herbal tea, summer fruit and wild flavoured canapés will be provided.
PLEASE BRING: two small clean glass jars with lids.
