ABOUT

Sumthin Brown presents another installment of the Sumthin Brown 10-hour Show during which she will be on the 1s and 2s for 10 hours playing across different formats, genres, moods and swings to stretch her musical agility and growth a little further since starting. From Hop to Jazz to Boogie & Dub, she leaves no stone unturned to give you an artistic and musically rich experience like no other at Railways Café (Theatre), a space where music meets art, meets craft, meets nature, meets other.

Additionally, the show includes 3 photography exhibitions, 3 visual art exhibitions, a live performance by Pheli-based African floetrist, Ms Charz De SoulSista, board games, a record/vinyl fair, a free live audio broadcast of the sonic part of the show on Globalize Yourself Stereo through their online platform, www.gys-africa.live, as well as the launch of Sumthin Brown's first book titled Music & Musings. The audio broadcast will begin at 12 midday and run throughout the day until 11pm at night.
