Message from Toni: Aloha! We will heat up our bodies with dance and celebrate each other, enjoy yummy yin inspired asanas, and talk story. My husband Mik acts as DJ and plays vast futuristic music on his electriic guitar, and I sing to your spirit during key transition points during our 90 min mindfulness journey reminding you how beautiful you are and we end with my song Because You're Beautiful. Because You're Beautiful is the song Eve Ensler, the author of the Vagina Monologues asked me to write for her documentary 'Until the Violence Stops' here on Kauai. This song is the reason I am now teaching yoga. You are going to laugh and you are going to cry, and you are going to be fed a massive dose of love and you will remember an important truth... your very essence is beauty. It is a beauty that can never be hurt harmed or endangered. We can never be made more beautiful nor can we be made less beautiful - because our very essence is beauty itself. And then you will float out of the session on a love cloud... haHAA!
