ABOUT
Are you hungry to see a move of God under children? Do you desire to see children encounter God? This is a workshop for people working with children and who want to see children's hearts revived. The workshop provide practical tools and ideas regarding how to lead children to encounter the Presence of God. During the workshop, specific guidance will also be given regarding how to adapt lesson plans (in e.g. children's church) so that children can experience God. All conference attendees will receive a manual to supplement the training.Watch this video clip of a children's service Esme Schmitt did in Tsaneen a few weeks again. The "Children encountering the Presence of God" workshop is for people working with children up to the age of 12 years, whether in schools or at church. Parents, teachers and children's ministry teams are especially welcome!
The programme for the morning is:
09:00 - 10:00 Session 1 (Hosting the Presence by Esme Schmitt)
10:00 - 11:00 Session 2 (Practical examples of how to engage the child's mind, heart and body to encounter God)
11:00 - 12:00 Session 3 (How children can encounter God on their own using newly designed encounter stations)
Due to the practical nature of the workshop there will be LOTS of opportunity to receive individual prophetic ministry! Come ready to experience God.
The event takes place on the 3rd of June from 09:00 to 12:00 at Journey of Grace @ 102 Santyger Building, Willie Van Schoor Building, Willie Van Schoor Avenue, Tygervalley (Upper Ground Level). The cost for the event is R100. Tea and coffee will be served.
The speakers at the workshop is Esme Schmitt and Lynette Snyman.
Esme is a children's pastor at Journey of Grace and the director of the Cape Town School of Supernatural. She is passionate about leading children to encounter God's Presence and to raise Revivalists. Esme is an international speaker and does conferences for parents, children and teachers. Lynette Snyman is a children's pastor at Father's House. Lynette beliefs children do not have a junior Holy Spirit and speaks at conferences, teaching children's ministry teams practical tools for raising revivalists. Lynette is also part of a group for children's pastors/leaders in the Western Cape who aims to bring heaven to earth in and through children's lives.
(Please note that there will be no child care facilities at the event and no children are allowed to attend.)
