On Tuesday, 22 May, MYC2 will be embarking on a journey of historical reflection, recognizing the legacy of colonialism in South Africa, and specifically in the Western Cape. We will visit the Castle of Good Hope, a colonial-era Dutch fortification built in the 17th century in order to recognize the significance and longstanding impact colonial expansion had on Africa and the world.The details of the fieldtrip are as follows:
