A musical celebration of our youth in Youth Month!
A 90 minute showcase of dynamic Cape Town and Western Cape Youth Choirs. Do not miss a hand-picked collection of primary school; secondary school and post-school YOUNG VOICES from choirs who have been invited to share in "OUR YOUTH IN UNITY".
This choir showcase reflects the dreams, passion and hope of our future, while remembering those who struggled when they were young, 40 years ago. The value of music on an individual is significant, and the journey to this happiness is easily obtainable. Singing in a choir leads our youth to being healthier, happier and better citizens. Showcasing the passion, gifts and dedication of today’s Western Cape and Cape Town youth on a night of CELEBRATIONS, HOPE and JOY is the main purpose of this new annual YOUNG VOICES / JONGSTEMME / AMAZWI ULUTSHA YOUTH CHOIRS' SHOWCASE open to everyone.
Choirs that will be performing are CAPE TOWN YOUTH CHOIR, TYGERBERG CHILDREN'S CHOIR, DELFT CHOIR, KENSINGTON CHORALE GIRLS' CHOIR and NAC LENTEGEUR YOUTH CHOIR.
