Mushroom Foraging 8th July

Sunday the 8th of July 10am – 1pm 

Join us on this exciting winter forage led by avid mushroom hunter Justin Williams as we delve into the forest to learn all about the magical world of mushrooms! We will be meeting in the morning and begin with an educational and informative talk about wild mushrooms, followed by an exploratory foray into the forest.Spaces are limited so book your place soon!

Participants will need to bring a basket, pocket/pen knife, rain coat (weather permitting) and outdoor-friendly shoes.

Location: to be revealed to participants closer to the time.

Included: PDF recipe booklet plus a PDF mushroom foraging guide to the Western Cape, a post-forage picnic of nourishing wild mushroom soup with farm bread topped with aubergine and wild mushroom pate, winter greens and edible flowers, porchini dust chocolate brownies and a warming wild herbal tea.
